I don't know of any reason why you shouldn't.

The literature on this medication does not mention anything about not taking it if you have asthma.

Hi I take flexeril also and I have had asthma for 28 years I'm 30 now and It has never caused any problems with me. As longs as your doc knows you have asthma and he gave you flexeril then he thinks it is ok, so try not to worry and if you take it and feel it's bothering you then call you doc right away.
