The mole is as the level of the skin, and has a diameter of less than 1mm, it's dark brown. Can tretinoin be helpful as it promotes skin growth?
Hi, Retin A can be used for many things, but I don't think it can remove your mole. Have you considered laser surgery to have your mole removed? It would be almost painless, and you would heal quickly.
Contact your dermatologist regarding your mole, and you may be mole-less in no time.
Best wishes to you
