Does taking fish oil make the cholesterol slippery or something. Mine are so big they take up much needed space in my pill dispenser.

From what I understand it helps to keep the cholesterol from forming plaques on your arteries. Also fish oil may lower cholesterol by keeping it from being absorbed in the intestine. There is some evidence that using vitamin B12 along with fish oil might boost their ability to lower cholesterol. It is also supposed to reduce inflammation too
