I just ordered Aubra and I've never taken birth control before. I ordered it because I hear it's supposed to make your periods lighter and less painful and mine are usually pretty bad! I have a vacation coming up in a couple of weeks and it's the week I'm supposed to start my period so I was hoping if I took Aubra, it would re-regulate my periods. But by seeing all these reviews, I'm a little scared now!!
I was on Lutera which is the exact same drug, there are about 20 names for each bc pill. It's just made by a different manufacturer. I also have terrible cramps etc. it did work great in regulating my cycle & I rarely had to take any pain meds. Unfortunately after 8 months I did have to stop because it was making my depression worse. Unfortunately any hormones can do this if you already have depression. If you don't then hopefully it works for you & doesn't cause depression, which doesn't happen to everyone but is more common than most people know. Best of luck ! With these meds you start the pills on the first day of your period or the "Sunday start", make sure to read the instructions carefully.
