So, yesterday I took the birth control pill for the very first time and, as prescribed by my doctor, I took it on the first day of my menstrual cycle. But, the strange thing is, i barely had any blood both yesterday and today, which is not very normal for me. Could this mean anything, does it happen to everyone or is it just a coincidence?
Thank you very much in advance!

What pill are you on? I am taking Mononessa and the same thing happened to me... I was really freaked out at first too. I'm now on my placebo pills and started bleeding on day three of them. Not sure what caused my initial period to stop (probably the increase in hormones because during our periods it's a drop in hormones that triggers us to bleed), but everything is back on track now. Hope this at least helps ease your mind a bit.
