If i want to find out the colonies of bacteria in azithromycin culture , can answer me?
You need a medium such as agar, swab item to be cultured, place in temp controlled environment for 3 days, Mount on a slide that has blocks on it. Count the bacteria. Not trying to be a smart #$% but you need lab conditions to do what your asking. Return sample to manufacturer and tell them why you suspect contamination.
