sensitive and I have increased diarrhoea and constipation. Can I take another drug as a protective?
When I took Naproxen for lupus joint pain I had problems too. I also had bowel surgery years ago. Years later a pharmacist told me that it should be a given that you take this other med with it to protect your stomach. I'm sorry I don't know the name of it, it was a long time ago and I had moved on to other meds. I have found pharmacists to be a good source of med info; they take a lot more pharmacology courses. As the others have said, asking your dr is a good idea. Doesn't hurt to ask a pharmaciist for ideas to bring to your dr. Good luck!
