... 7.5/300 but they paid for the 7.5/325... is it stronger,? I wouldn't think that it is, but I don't know
I think it is because 7.5/325 is more popular, in greater quantities, than the 7.5/300. I got a vicoprofen prescription and it was hundreds of dollars in spite of my insurance... "medicare" and so i couldn't afford it. Vicoprofen is not a popular prescription.
That is my theory anyway!
You can always call the number on your Insurance card and find out why. Sometimes it could be depending when you filled the other prescription they have a limit to how many you can get in a given time period. But you won't know until you ask them and if it is the difference in the strength as not being covered have them or you call the doctor and order the one that is covered. oops, that is right nowadays it has to be a written Rx So if that is the case get the doctor to prescribe the one that is covered and you can pick up the prescription at the office.Make sure that is the reason prior to going thru all of this.
