I am having a problem with exercise due to the pain of fibro. Any advise is welcome
I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue sydrome so i know how hard it can be to lose weight while dealing with this condition but i lost 35 pounds when i used the HCG program. it's a 4 week program but i only did it for 2 and i continued to loss wieght after stoping the program and it fixed my metabolism and my hypothyroidism plus have kept the waight off for 2 years. it is a hard program to do but if u can stick with it everyone i know that has used it has had great succsess. good luck
I like yoga and walking. I do this five times a week, M - F. But I walk as much as I can. Also, put some good music on and dance!! It works. I know how hard it is when in a flare. (i'm having a flare now) You can make daily activities into exercise too. Grocery shopping (if you are able) is exercise.
Mt philosophy is... a moving target is hard to hit.
