Hello everyone. I have been perscribed Ambien 10 mg fpr my sleeping disorder, brought upon due to an Anxiety disorder I have been suffering with. I have been taking Ambien the past five days, it helps me sleep uninterrupted for a good four hours everynight. I then wake up look at the clock and doze off for a couple more hours, anyway. Is it ok to take them everynight. Also, sometimes i take a herbal sleeping aid like Naturemade Sleep or that emergency zzzzzz stuff. Is that ok? I also take zoloft 50mg at a different time during the day. Thank you have a great day.
Hi Peter! It should be fine to take it every night, unless the doctor tells you otherwise. As for the Naturemade Sleep or the other, I would check for interactions or check with your doctor. Sometimes natural stuff and over the counter sleep aids can have ingredients that interact with what you are taking. Don't know if I've been much help, but hope this eases your mind some. Take care, Trkey
