YOU CAN GIVE THE CHILD 1 tsp(5 mL) EVERY 4 HOURS, BUT DEPENDING ON THE CHILD'S SIZE IF SHE/HE IS ALITTLE HEAVIER MAYBE GO WITH 1 & A HALF tsp. I HAVE CHECKED MY GRANDCHILDRENS MEDICINE BOTTLES & THEY SAY THE SAME THING.* Note* this bottle says for a 4 to 5 year old, 36 to 47 pounds 7.5 mL thats 1 & a half tsp. This bottle is children's pain relief, Tylenol "Acetaminophen" fever reducer-Pain relief. YOU COULD CALL YOUR LOCAL PHARMACIST & ASK AS WELL, BUT IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE # OR YOUR NOT ABLE TO LOOK IT UP MY PHARMACY # IS (330) 658-2711. I REALLY HOPE THIS WILL HELP, GOD BLESS I HOPE YOUR CHILD STARTS FEELING WELL.
