My Dr is just starting me on this exact combo.I've been on hydrocodone 10's for years for low back pain & sciatica but just recently found out I have 2 slipped.discs & arthritis from my neck down. The hydrocodone just aren't working any more. Today my Dr is starting me on the fentanyl patches as a break threw medication. Does this combo really work for you? I am in constant excruciating leg, left butt cheek & left foot pain.I'm anxious to see if the patches are going to help any

Several years ago (before I had to discontinue the fentanyl) I used hydrocodone and found it to work and yet not make me so drowsy that I could not function. I hope that you find a medication that will do the job and not make things as drowsy for you caringsonbj
You may also do well with keeping your meds the same and simply adding Phenagren, Zophran, or Reglan. All of which are ANTISPASAMOTIC Drugs. (Battle nausea) NOTE: BE WARNED. I TOOK REGLAN AND WENT INTO ANAPHYLATIC SHOCK BECAUSE THE DOCTOR WHO PRESCRIBED IT TO ME, IGNORED THE OTHER MEDS I TAKE AND I NEARLY DIED. IN SURE YOUR DOCTOR KNOWS WHAT ELSE YOU TAKE AND TRUST YOUR PHARMACIST WHEN THEY WARN YOU! IN MY CASE, I TAKE SERAQUEL EVERY NIGHTAND REGLAN AND SSERAQUEL CAUSE MOST PATIENTS TO HAVE THE SAME REACTION AS I DID.
