Yesterday evening I felt like I couldn't really breathe! It went away and then last night I felt like that again. I slept fine last night and this morning when I woke up I was fine, but a few times today I felt like I couldn't really catch my breath. Last night I do know that I was getting worked up and had to continue to tell myself to calm down. It wasn't as bad today and today as last night, but I have done nothing today and I get tired walking outside to feed and then back in and that isn't normal. I do not have any wheezing or cough. I don't know if I have just worked myself into this or what. I don't know what I would be anxious about, but I do get nervous very easily. I am 26 and a non smoker! Anyone know what this may be??
