Feeling pains in my knee what medicine do I need to release the pain?

You really should check with your doctor but if you can take aspirin or a nsid like Ibuprofen these are anti inflamatory drugs and help take swelling out of joints and relieve pain. But this should be checked out with a Doctor. If you are taking any other medications you must check with your pharmacist if it is safe to take one of these medications. Chuck1957

If your a chronic pain suffer, One of your meds should help with this, However, DO NOT take any more than is prescribed or directed by your physician. Taking more pain meds on top of what you are taking will have other complications. Use a vary old pain treatment that has been around for thousands of years. ICE or ice pack's.
