Been under a lot of stress and want to gain some weight back but want to do it safely, what should I eat?
Hey Lady. I suggest ice cream and ribs. Guaranteed to put weight on and can actually have taste. Be sure to invite someone over for lunch or dinner. Eating alone is tough. I should know. Doctors want to know about this type of weight loss. Go tell and make sure you haven't added a new something to your list. I still find new things to add! Lucky me. I think valuing yourself has a lot to do with this. We cause our own stress. Far less stress when we forgive ourselves for not having all answers. I think you will be fine. I found volunteers at the local senior center and the catholic charities. I am not catholic. They don't care about that. Those visits have improved my spirits and do make me eat better.
