I was in a big quake 3 months ago, everything ended up perfectly fine, is was just very scary. I am still feeling ghost quakes now (where I imagine the earth is shaking when it isn't). I know this is normal for a few days after the quake but its been three months. Whenever there is a shake i feel really nervous, unbalanced, disorientated, my heart beats quickly, lightheaded and dizzy. This occurs about once or twice a day, sometimes more, I am still looking for whatever seems to trigger it. Also I get really nervous when there is a lot of wind, or there is actual shaking (such as my cat jumping on my bed) and my heart beats quickly. Why is this happening? Thanks
You might be suffering from a short term stress disorder. Kind of like a short term PTSD. It can happen during high intensity situations like the one you were in. You may need to talk to a philologist if things don't get better. Try realizing that the situation you were in was in fact scary, BUT you were ok. Mind over Matter.
