Additionally, I feel very tired all day and I feel I have a bit of fever but I'm not having a cold. These symptoms happened two days ago.
I don't think so. I have Fibromyalgia and have nausea about everyday and dizziness alot where I have to have my wife drive as well as off and on headaches. The fatigue is the worst part for me with the nausea.
You do not have a brain tumour. You have hypochondria which is far more annoying.
It could be symptoms of a million things. Without a severe headache a brain tumor is not first on the list. A virus would be.
