After 14 days of use of this medicine when can the eggs be eaten?
Here is the best i can do as long as the chicken was not laying around like still up and about after treating in there drinking water you can see this copy and paste now *******Treated animals and birds must not be slaughtered for use in food for at least 7 days for chickens and turkeys; 10 days for swine, calves and lambs after the latest treatment with this drug. Do not feed to laying birds. Do not use in lactating dairy animals. ********** iT LOOKS to me if you can eat the chicken after at least the 7 days... THE SAME WOULD BE FOR THE EGGS
AFTER TREATING THE CHICKENS WITH OXYTET... WHICH IS JUST TETRACYCLINE FOR HUMAN... MAKE SURE YOU AGREE BUT IF YOU CAN EAT THE CHICKEN AFTER A WEEK I SURLY THINK THE egg WOULD BE FINE FOR SURE AFTER A WEEK... HOPE THIS HELPS IF NOT SURE CHECK WITH A VET I GOT THIS OFF THE VET SITE.HERE..chuck1957 medicall retired pharmacy technician C.pht.
