I'm asking these questions cause I've been getting hunger cramps, which before i was never hungry... Ate 1 meal a day, know I'm craving for different food! Rather tired... not are really what I should be feeling or maybe it needs time? How long should on be on this? I've been on this for 2 wks. should I be feeling anything?
Darling -are you trying to gain weight? or trying to keep from gaining weight? We can't tell what's going on except that you need more than one meal a day. Of course a person would get hunger craps-your stomach thinks that you are starving. How long has it been since you saw a doctor? You need to contact your doctor's office about this problem. In the early 1990s, I had stomach trouble, and I could only eat a few spoonfuls of food at a time. They gave me an appetite simulator to try to kick my stomach into gear. One day I started having severe pains. As I called the doctor, my daughter came in, heard me talk- she screamed- eat something-you're hungry. The doctor said-yes, try eating and call me in a few hours. I ate about a cup of boiled rice and the pain went away. I called him and said- It was hunger pains and I'm not sick. So I started eating. So this is one reason I'm asking these questions. Please get back to us. If you're gaining weight-add rice- rice biscuits crackers to a meal or for a snack and try to keep your vitamin levels up. Maybe half of a tuna salad sandwich or omelet in the morning--snack on low calorie rice crackers or small yogurt-maybe a hard boiled egg for lunch. a protein bar-if you're trying to keep from gaining weight.
