... contract with her went to different pharmacy as I was going out of town they called her something about date which I never got to see script pharmacist said call her office she refused to even talk with me or explain to me or hear why I went there I NEVER broke my contract in any way in the whole years, so she has left me without a dr and to go thru not having a script or decrease me after 2 years on this drug! I understand from her point I broke contract not to get pills early it was only like 3 days early but just different pharmacy but for her to dismiss me as a patient and not even help me thru this detox should b in these contracts we sign! I wont sign one again without protection for me So I am on my third day of no pills after 2 years regular usage!
Its in the contract you can't use another pharmacy, most often. Its also on the prescription when you can fill it. The pharmacy probably called to see if it was ok to fill it early. Most contracts say if you don't follow the rules you are dismissed. none of this is unusual. I'm afraid if you refuse to sign them the way they are, you're going to look for a dr for a long time. Drs have to have these in place and enforce them because of people who try to fill early because they took too many or sold them. The DEA and state pharmacy boards check for these things.
