Hello -Oily skin, excessive exposure to sunlight and ageing can cause open pores. A consultation with a dermatologist will help regarding treatment as they can advise you on what treatment is appropriate for you. A dermatologist my suggest treatments such as Microdermabrasion and or chemical facial peels and vitamin A cream. There are many over the counter beauty products that claim to address this issue. You can find these at a pharmacy and supermarket. You can purchase all the products I have listed from specialist website, that have been designed for home use. However they can damage your skin if the product used is too harsh or incorrectly applied and removed etc. So it is advisable to have a consultation with a dermatologist first if you want to use something stronger than a beauty product- Take care
