Hello greenlee7777. There are programs out there. You gave a lengthy list. I'll do some reading and get you hopefully, a phone number for each. It will take me some time, so as I come across the information, I'll just add it on below as a comment. For Seroquel put out by Astrazenca Pharmaceuticals the Patient Assistance Number is 1-800-292-6363 and for those people on Medicare Part D: 1-800-424-3727 pledge
I found the following. In regards to TRAMADOL, the drug is most difficult to find under the brand name Ultram. There are several companies that make a generic. One is as follows: Teva Pharmaceuticals Patient Assistance Program: 1-877-254-1039. For ADVAIR DISCUS contact GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals Patient Assistance Program: 1-888-728-4368
In the case of LISINOPRIL there are several generics on the market. One company is Mylan Pharmaceuticals Patient Assistance Program: 1-888-823-7825. Non generic is the drug PRINIVIL Merck Laboratories Patient Assistance Program: 1-800-727-5400. Non generic is the drug ZESTRIL AstraZenca Pharmaceuticals Patient Assistance Program: 1-800-292-6363.
