So I am about to start taking Contrave next week, after trying Qysemia for a week and hating the many side effects. My friend takes phentermine and said her doc recommended cardio only (no muscle building/toning) while she's trying to lose the weight. That sounds counter-productive to me--has anyone else talked to their doc about the best exercise while on Contrave? I've lost about 12 pounds on the 21 day fix and love it, but don't want to mess up my results with too many weight exercises. But I thought more muscle meant more cals burned... hmmm???
