My doctor prescribed Exalgo for me yesterday. I havent started taking it yet because I think he made a mistake on the dosing. Both his office and the pharmacy are closed right now. My prescription reads "Take one tablet by mouth 3 TIMES A DAY" and the pills are 32mg. Does anyone else think there was a mistake made here?
Is this a new prescription for you? It sounds a little high to start off, since recommended dosing is 8-64 mg every 24 hrs. Is the pharmacy opened tomorrow? Is this what the doc wrote or what is on the label of the drug from the pharmacy? You're correct to question any med directions that seem odd or you don't understand.
