is there anyone out there that have days that when they try to stand up from a sitting position find it very very difficult to do and once up you can hardly walk as your whole body feels as though there are number of sacks of cement on them very heavy feeling on the legs as well as the body i find this as bad as the pain that goes with fybro
Hi. Yes, ive suffered ever since a major car accident in 1999. It has rocked my world. Its taken a long time for me to accept it, and is still a daily battle. I try to be as active as possible. But even with little to no activity, it all hurts the same. Its like i get muscle atrophy every time i sit for a time and especially in a.ms when i get up. My feet are sooo stiff, my calves and thighs, they get teally heave and feel like ive been hanging from a tree for hours. So i just give myself extra time in a.ms to move around and get going before i have to get going, lol. It takes a while to stretch my body out. But again, it dorsnt matter how much i move, too much, and little to none, its the same. So i just do what i can when i can.
