Estrace Vaginal Cream - sent by mail & sat in mailbox at sub zero temp for 2 days, is it ok to use?

It may not be. You should call the pharmacy that sent it and ask the pharmacist. If it is no good they may replace it for you. That is one inconvenience of mailorder. I live in AZ and have the opposite problem in the summer. Things absolutely cook in the summer!
I have a tube of premarin which is basically the same thing. It states on the tube MUST be controlled room temp of 15 to 30 C or 50 to 86 farenheit. I would do as DzooBaby suggests, call your insurance pharmatist & ask them to replace it.
