I have anxiety bad. I been had it for a while but lately it's getting worse... my doctor prescribed me busiporne but I didn't try it cause I'm not a fan of pills. Then she prescribed me escitolpram she said just try it i promise you'll feel better. But I'm scared. Any advice on what I should do. I can't deal with this anxiety anymore. Should I take it at night or morning time?
If you have not started the Escitalopram yet, you may want to try the buspirone first. It is non-addictive and milder than starting a antidepressant. It may take 2-4 weeks for it to build up in your system, but may be worth a try. Many people say the Lexapro (escitalopram) works well for anxiety disorders but can have start up side effects and may take 2-6 weeks to become effective.
Hope you find a good solution.
