While on Erivedge, I had most of the side effects that everyone else experienced but with one additional one. It affected my ability to taste things and as a result my ability to enjoy food. If anyone else had this experience, how long does this side effect last after taking Erivedge?
I have been on Erivedge since Feb 2017, sadly tasting foods is one of my side effects too. I can mostly taste really salty and garlic items only. Plus, I had trouble smelling foods, the not able to smell started in my second month and just last week I am able to smell certain things, but unfortunately a lot of smells make me nauseous, more then usual. I am wondering if the ability to smell will stay or go away again...
I have been on Erivedge since 2015 ! I started losing my taste for solid after 45 days! I found that foods with sauce or gravy and soup taste good and I now use lots of hot sauce and salt and pepper! Best part of losing taste was losing 30 lbs, so I am no longer prediabetic and no longer on cholesterol lowering drugs!
