What would be the equivalent of 5mg warfarin to low dose aspirin?

You cannot compare the 2, they work differently and aspirin has no monitoring tests to see if its helping. Aspirin is weaker in the anti clotting, and you could end up in salicylate toxicity in order to have enough to work like warfarin.

Aspirin works on your platelets and is known as a anti-platelet agent. Warfarin works on the clotting cascade and is known as a anticoagulant. Therefore there is no equivalent.
