I have done 1 month of cipro, 1 month of doxycycline, 1 week of bactrim. 1 dose of azithromycin. I occasionally take ibuprofen. Nothing has fixed this issue. It gets worse when sitting or standing. Urination and ejaculation seem to reduce pain slightly. Blood test done showed elevated WBC's. 2 urine tests were done and both were negative. The ultrasound showed changes in vascularity in the epididymis. Physical examination revealed epididymitis.
Epididymitis for the past 7 months, it is hell that is not resolving. I have tried numerous meds?

Based on what you say it sounds as though the source of your healthcare is in question, I mean, by now the solution should be well under way. Is this your personal physician or a variety of them???
Hey there! Sounds like you might just have chronic pelvic floor tightness caused by stress and anxiety like I did. Look up the Wise-Anderson protocol. Urologists have been working with this for years and treatment is profound relaxation of the nervous system and anxiety reduction. Hope this helps!
