I have epididymitis but am unable to get treatment until the start of next month (around 24 days) due to my heath care plan starting then. Can I "wait it out" until then? Should I seek immediate medical treatment regardless of the cost?

I'm not sure how to answer that. If it is due to a bacterial infection and your testicles are swollen I am not sure how you could wait a month. If it is nerve related and just painful without lots of swelling I would say go for it if you can tolerate it. Mine was a acute but went chronic after a nerve went haywire so I went many months at a time without treatment.
I would highly recommend going to a clinic to start an antibiotic treatment, as this is your cheapest option. Else wise, boost your diet with turmeric, silver colloidal, garlic and all the vegetables one can handle
