... Just take 1 a day with or without food. I'm extremely grateful, don't get me wrong, just scared and alone. I'm embarrassed to have hep C in the first place so I don't really have support. So hello peeps! Let me know to support you! Any tips would be appreciated. I see so far to drink lots of water. Anything else? I dont have a doctor follow up appointment. Is one needed?
Hi Mary, the main tip that everyone will tell you is to drink water if you suffer from headaches, beyond that most people find it a fairly benign medication with no or few nasties. I took the predecessor Harvoni and chose to take it before bed and recovered quite nicely thank you.
Good luck, you have nothing to be afraid of.
Hi Mary- I started taking Epclusa 3 weeks ago. I take it at 9 PM and it doesn't bother my sleep. You need to drink A LOT of water. I try to drink 90 ozs a day or more. That will definitely help with the headaches and any other side effects. It hasn't been bad at all-mainly fatigue, occasional headaches and sometimes a bit dizzy. I can't believe you don't have a doctor follow up as they should be testing your viral load on a regular basis. Are you seeing a Gastroenterologist?
