Can Entresto help me? Is it available yet at CVS pharmacies? I have ejection fraction (25% - 35%)?

I have ejection fraction (25% - 35%) heart failure. I struggle to catch my breath upon any exertion. I'm taking the following meds: Carvedilol 3.25mg 2/day; losartan 25mg 1/day; furosamide 40mg 1/day; Pravastatin 80mg 1/day; Metformin 1,000mg 1/day; aspirin 81mg 1/day.
It should be available at any pharmacy. What does your cardiologist say about it?
It may work very good for you if you can tolerate both and ACE inhibitor and an ARB but more so Valsartan. For me I can not takt an ACE inhibitor because I went into kidney failure and I can't take Losartan or Valsartan as they are potassium based and I'm highly allergic to potassium in any form.
