Ginkgo helps a little but mostly you're going to want to get your brain as active as possible. Look for brain exercises online, do some Sudoku or a crossword in the morning, play some Tetris, (Yes, Tetris) things like that. You just want to kickstart your brain in the morning and then keep it active. That's about as much as you can do but it won't change your world.
