I can't get carvedilol here in Mexico, what can I use in it's place?
I take enalapril along with carvedilol, is that okay?

Yes, it is fine to take enalapril and carvedilol in combination to control your blood pressure. When you start taking these together your doctor should monitor your blood pressure initially, to ensure that you don't have low blood pressure.
In terms of a replacement for carvedilol ... please get advise from a doctor.
