This eGFR on my blood test was flagged 37,29,,, why?

Because its low, I would assume.

Normal eGFR in Australia is > 90ml/min/1.73m^2. > 60 will get flagged but below that you start getting smaller numbers which indicates kidney problems. You can find GFR (glomeral filtration rate) calculators online which adjust that amount (eGFR) (estimated GFR) to a better estimate GFR.
