If you are already following a low calorie diet and exercising 3-5 days a week, have you seen a noticeable improvement in weight loss by adding Qsymia?
I was already exercising five days a week when I started and I thought it was weird that it took a couple of weeks or maybe even longer before I started to lose anything. I was also on a pretty good diet. I guess it just takes awhile for Qsymia to get into your system real good.
