Can I eat samon on warfarin?

Yes I eat salmon. Just dont take fish oil caps. Warfarin clinic says everyone is different. Some can eat something and another one cant. Keep a record of what you eat, and watch how it affects your INR and you will learn what to eat and how much, Good Luck
I agree with honda1. Keep track of what foods you eat and how affect your INR. I do take fish oil to keep my triglycerides low - use to be 3 caps but conceded to my doctor and only take 2 now. Since I take it daily we adjusted my dose as needed.
