I went in the hospital friday and they released me on sunday with a clot in my left leg from my ankle to my hip, I also have one in my right leg and a saddle on my lungs. Should they have kept me longer where I have a hard time breathing if I move very much at all
Hello nellora. Until your clot starts to dissolve you will be short of breath. I was hospitalized for 4 days with a pe this past august and I am on xarelto. I had a chronic cough that just recently went away but even after 3 months I still come up short of breath just walking. My doctor said as the clot dissolves my breathing will improve and it slowly is. I guess we just have to be patient and wait it out. Best of luck to you.
