... xarelto to desolve clots. I have read nattokinase, blackstrap molasses , and magnesium desolve clots but are they safe to take with xarelto?
Don't take any NSAID's like aspirin, motrin, ibuprofen, aleve with Xarelto. Only use Tylenol or generic version. Check any OTC cold meds for hidden NSAIDs. Just follow doctors orders. I have AFIB and am on Xarelto (1/day at dinner) and Flecainide. I have no clots. Be very careful about trying to force clot busting with herbs and over the counter stuff. It can be frustrating but I'm sure if they wanted you on anything else you'd get it. Your insurance company might have a phone service like "Nurse on call" to ask questions too.
The only medications to dissolve a clot are used in the hospital and they are dangerous to use there. They can cause massive bleeding. I pretty much like the black strap molasses idea because I have no idea where in the heck you'd find it these days. I've been looking for it to make a recipe my grandma used to make. It won't do anything for clots. Neither will any other home remedy. And don't take any medications with the xarelto like aspirin or nsaids either. That can be dangerous.
