I have lots of drugs on my Interactions Checker which are not included in the list on Mednotes.
I'm not sure I understand, do you mean when you start typing the name in, its not on the list that comes up to chose from? If so, it could be you're spelling it wrong, or its not a commonly used medication, or the name you know it by is different. If you mean in the list you have after you type them in, then you're doing something wrong.
The lists are totally separate and independent of each other and cannot be copied from one place to another so you have add each medicine manually. Creating a drug interaction list does not require registration - the list is not associated with a user so it does not contain any personally identifiable information. A MedNotes list is more detailed and requires registration to allow email notifications to be sent out.
