Official Answer by Drugs.com 10 Oct 2017

Vyxeos from Jazz Pharmaceuticals is a fixed-combination of the chemotherapy (cancer) drugs daunorubicin and cytarabine in a liposome injection formulation.

Vyxeos is used in high-risk forms of newly-diagnosed, therapy-related, acute myelogenous leukemia AML (t-AML) or AML with myelodysplasia-related changes (AML-MRC), both with low survival expectancy.
