... for a while and have quit for 2 months. Mostly the side effects I had were insomnia, night sweats, and restless leg syndrome for about 10 days. I block their numbers on my cell phone but they usually try to call with a fake number or just "Unavailable" comes up. I am just hoping after a few months of me constantly saying NO, and do not call me back, they will stop

I should correct myself, as I read my post. What I meant to say was withdrawal symptoms, not side effects for 10 days. Also, I was up to as much as 900-1000mg on some days. It is good for me that it is not easily available, because I really want to quit them forever. Also, I am a recovering alcoholic - 10 years sober.
First, I am shocked that tramadol, which was supposed to be a "safe" alternative to opiate pain meds could cause such horrible withdrawal! Good for you on successfully taking yourself off of that medication! I would just quit answering your phone. Any number that comes up as "Unknown Name" is obviously keeping it blocked for a reason. I would tell them that you are no longer taking the medication, that you are absolutely NOT interested and if you receive anymore calls from them, you will report them to the Better Business Bureau. Also, see if you can have your phone carrier block any unknown name numbers & the numbers that they call you from. Good luck, I know just how irritating those pesky sales calls can be, they are down right just harassing you!
Good job on quitting this pernicious med!!! Tramadol is very addictive and is NOT a safe alternative to other opiates. Not only are Trams an opioid, they have SNRI qualities, serotonin, norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors. Like an antidepressant. Cold turkey cessation can cause seizures, so consider yourself very lucky indeed that you did not experience that horrid WD symptom!
There have been many many people on drugs.com that are attempting to stop Tramadol, and I know how difficult it is.
Like the responder above said, try to block these salesmen if possible.
Wishing you only the best,
