The laws have recently change and I would like to know if I can Legaly drive whilst taking 50mg of Sertraline?
I can only give you my answer that I've determined through logic. We each are responsible to determine if we are capable to drive safely while taking the drugs we've been prescribed by our Drs. There are times I know I definitely shouldn't be driving and I don't drive. Other times I'm fine. The problem arises when we get into an accident and if the issue comes up regarding medicine that we've taken. We are driving "under the influence" and I believe we can be sued. Heck, people sue other people over anything these days. So I recommend not volunteering any information about medications that you know aren't affecting how you drive, and not driving if you think your meds are going to affect your driving negatively.
