I've been taking 300mgs of tramedol extended release before bedtime which is 9pm for at leased a couple years. How soon does one have to wait before before being able to safely being able to operate a vehicle even though I feel capable is it within a safely time zone if I have been operating my car at 730 am..
How soon can one drive if consuming 300 mgs extended release at 9pm?

You should be able to drive while on tramadol with no problem. But if your worried, taking it at night, sleeping and then driving in the morning at 7:30 should give the drug time to wear off- it has a short half life of around six hours. You should be fine. But I would also say that 300 mg is a high dose all at one time. Try to spread that out if possible vs taking all at once. 300 mg would impact my sleep, so I would never be able to take this high of a dose right before bed and still sleep.
