So I was having really bad cramps in my abdomen and alot of big gas bubbles in my stomach/intestines during the day for about a week now so today I decided to try a magnesium citrate and only after 20 minutes my stomach was gurggling all over the place and I tried to use the bathroom before drinking the rest of the bottle and it worked. So does this mean I will have a major BW during the night and on into the next day or will the gurgling stop in the night? I have school tmr and I want neither of these things to happen while im in the middle of a coversation.
when i was nursing we called that liquid dynomite. if your blocked up it will work. if you have a bad impaction it might not get it all cleaned out.depends how long it's been since you have gone. But sounds like everything went well so next day should be fine. Your body will let you know.
This really depends, let me be clear. A bottle of magnesium citrate liquid 5 oz is not as strong as magnesium citrate 5 oz powder mixed IN liquid, so it depends which one it is you took. Either way, it only takes roughly 8-9 grams of magnesium citrate to get a bowel movement in 30 minutes or more.
