Dairy should be fine... DO NOT take MILK THISTLE OR ST JOHN'S WORT OR MAGNESIUM OR ANTACIDS... as they will INHIBIT THE EFFECTIVENESS OF HARVONI.
Do Take: Spirulina capsules, Vitamin C+B complex, & bananas, nuts+seeds for preventing headaches and fatigue and to enhance the effectiveness of Harvoni.
(don't take supplements within 4-6hrs either side of Harvoni)
YES you should have no issues with 1% milk. As for me when I started almost a year ago I had no issues with eating anything except for what I was already dieting for as I was severe protein deficient, calcium deficient, and happiness deficient but all that has changed with Harvoni. I had no issues with Dairy products and no side effects at all. I hope you get the same results. good luck
