It might help us to answer your question if you would list all your meds. Some can cause you to not feel the urge to urinate, & it could be that is what is going on. Maybe you are not emptying your bladder at night because of one of your meds. It's very hard not knowing much about you or your conditions & meds you take. I would suggest that you see a Urologist ASAP. I have a chronic, so far incureable condition called Interstitial Cystitis. It is mainly a female thing but happens in males as well. Does the pain only occur in the mornings? How about feelings of pressure and tenderness, or burning?
I hope that you DON'T have it, but there are treatments and new discoveries happening all the time.
