I have had a similar problem with side effects and was going to as my Neurologist/Psychiatrist of the benefits of an SSNRI vs. a SSRI. I am on prozac again and it helped me to thew degree that I was able to stop it. Not going to do that again. A good side effect that will tell you that you have a therapeutic level is decreasing social anxiety. I reached out to people that I previously thought unreachable.
Bp59; yes it is really hard because these medications work different on different people and its the same way when switching from one to another at least yours is the higher dose on the prozac so hope you don't have to much problems but if you do check back with the doctor. You should not have to go thru all of the withdrawals that some do. Chuck1957
