Doxylamine is used in the treatment of insomnia; nasal congestion; allergies; allergic rhinitis; rhinorrhea (and more), and belongs to the drug class miscellaneous anxiolytics, sedatives and hypnotics.

Cipro is used in the treatment of bacterial infection; urinary tract infection; sinusitis; bladder infection; epididymitis, sexually transmitted (and more), and belongs to the drug class quinolones.

I am not a Dr., but I believe that Cipro is enough, talk to your Pharmacist.
